Registered Nurse Opportunity – Philadelphia, PA

Position Details:

  • Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Location: Philadelphia, PA
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • End Date: June 12, 2025
  • Schedule:
  • Days: Monday through Friday
  • Hours: 8:15 AM – 2:15 PM (30 hours/week)
  • Pay Rate: $35–$40 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct health screenings and work with external medical professionals for specialized screenings not performed on campus.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using the school’s student portal and online SHARRS reporting system.
  • Administer daily medications to students, document administration, and confirm with parents.
  • Provide care and assessments for approximately 270 students and staff, addressing all medical concerns as needed.
  • Facilitate educational discussions with older students on topics such as bodily changes, menstruation, and puberty.

    Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
  • At least 2 years of nursing experience (school-based or pediatric experience is a plus).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Passion for student wellness and education.
