  • BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.

  • Proficiency in sterile field preparation, surgical equipment handling, and intraoperative monitoring.

    • Responsibilities:

  • Deliver compassionate care for patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.
  • Maintain a sterile environment and anticipate the needs of surgeons and other care providers.
  • Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to changes in condition during surgery.
  • Document each stage of patient care accurately and thoroughly in compliance with hospital guidelines.
  • Provide clear education and updates to patients and families regarding perioperative care and post-op recovery.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient surgical operations.
  • Safeguard and manage surgical instruments and supplies.
