Job Title: Onsite Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview:

ProCare Therapy is seeking a caring and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a school-based position in Kansas City, MO. The RN will work onsite, providing essential healthcare services to students, ensuring their physical well-being during the school day. This role requires close collaboration with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to support students with medical needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, health monitoring, and emergency response for students.
  • Develop and implement individualized healthcare plans (IHPs) for students with chronic or acute medical conditions.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential student health records.
  • Collaborate with school staff and families to promote a safe and healthy school environment.
  • Administer first aid and respond to emergencies as needed.
  • Educate students and staff on health-related topics and safety protocols.

    Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Experience in a pediatric, school, or healthcare setting preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

    Work Hours: Full-time or part-time availability based on the school’s needs.
