Job Title: Onsite Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Belfair, WA

Job Overview:

ProCare Therapy is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a school-based position in Belfair, WA. The RN will provide essential healthcare services to students, ensuring their well-being and supporting their health needs during the school day. This role requires collaboration with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to create a safe and healthy learning environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care, including administering medications, monitoring health conditions, and responding to emergencies.
  • Develop and implement individualized healthcare plans (IHPs) for students with chronic or acute medical needs.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential student health records.
  • Collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare professionals to promote student health and safety.
  • Provide first aid and manage medical emergencies as needed.
  • Educate students and staff on health-related topics and school health policies.

    Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Experience in a pediatric, school, or healthcare setting preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a school environment.

    Work Hours: Full-time or part-time availability based on the school’s needs.
