Schedule/Hours:

  • Required to work every other weekend
  • Flexible shift assignments based on department needs
  • No block scheduling
  • Must be open to floating within all areas of the Emergency Department

    • Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Active RN license with certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS, and ENPC
  • CPI certification required before starting
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a level II trauma or comprehensive stroke center, and in high-volume EDs (over 100,000 annual visits)
  • At least one year of recent ER nursing experience; pediatric ER experience preferred
  • Strong teamwork ethic, real-time coaching, and feedback abilities
  • Flexibility to work across all sections of the ED
  • Commitment to respectful communication and exceptional patient experience

    • Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality emergency care to adult and pediatric populations
  • Engage in patient triage, cardiac monitoring, and rapid-response situations
  • Use advanced equipment including Baxter pumps and GE monitors
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation within Cerner system
  • Consistently update patient boards and prioritize patient communication
  • Adhere to all safety and attendance policies; follow required unit-specific guidelines

    $2,178 - $2,304/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
