Sunbelt Staffing is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for qualified Registered Nurses at a respected Psychiatric Hospital in Concord, NH. With orientation set each month, this position provides the perfect opportunity to further your nursing career while contributing to the well-being of your community.
Job Details:

Location: Concord, New Hampshire

Position: Full-Time, Contract Registered Nurse (RN)

Length: 13-26 Week Contract, possibility of extension

Shift Information: 8 & 12-hour shifts available, 36 OR 40 hours per week

Schedule: Every other weekend work is required. Scheduling is done by unit, and candidates must be able to float as needed.

Start Date: 1 orientation per month-July & August TBD

Nurse to Patient Ratio: Daytime: 1 RN to 24 patients (3 RNs per 24 patients), Nighttime: 1 RN to 24 patients

Supervision: Nursing supervisor on-site during all shifts

Orientation Details:

Duration: 4 weeks

Structure: Blended in-classroom and on-unit program

Review required content in a classroom setting, verbal exercises, physical practice, reading policies and standards, and complete computer-based training.

Partner with a Registered Nurse (RN) to observe and practice skills learned in the classroom.

Requirements:

Active New Hampshire Registered Nurse (RN) License

At least 2 years of psychiatric or mental health experience

Active American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS

Ability to complete the Joint Commission Onboarding upon offer
