Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a skilled Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in Albuquerque, NM. If you have experience with OASIS documentation and Homecare Homebase, this opportunity offers a chance to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives while advancing your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home patient assessments and complete OASIS documentation accurately
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide skilled nursing services such as wound care, medication management, and patient education
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve quality outcomes
  • Offer guidance and support to patients and families for recovery and care planning

    Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in New Mexico
  • Proficiency in OASIS documentation and Homecare Homebase required
  • At least 2 years of Home Health nursing experience preferred
  • Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and onboarding in compliance with Joint Commission standards
  • Open to both local and travel candidates
