Sunbelt is looking for a qualified and professional Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Salem, OR.

Experience Required:

Skilled Nursing Facility experience required

1 Year of NP experience required

Experience with completing comprehensive assessments to SNF patients

Hours:

M-F

8a-5p

5-7 Visits/day

13 Week Assignment - Possible Extension

Travel to various Skilled Nursing Facilities.

Certifications/Licenses:

Active state License - NP

Active State Drivers License

Active ANCC or AANP National Certification in Family, Geriatrics, Adult, Adult-Gerontology Primary Care or Adult-Gerontology Acute Care certification

Active DEA required
