Night LTC LPN - Charleston, WV

There is a 6+ week contract assignment seeking an experienced travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work in their long-term care facility. The hired LPN will be responsible for providing direct and personal nursing care to residents - observing their condition, gathering/documenting vital signs and weights, providing treatments, and ensuring all aspects of resident comfort while working with the medical staff as directed. 

Minimum Qualifications:
- Active West Virginia license or Compact licensure
- Active BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
- At least 1+ year of LPN experience
- At least 1+ year of previous LTC experience

Shift Requirements:
- Nights, 12+ hour shifts
- No block shifts
- 36 hours a week

Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Full-time, travel nursing, contract
