Job Title: Full-Time Onsite BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst)
Location: Lake Tapps, WA

Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Lake Tapps, WA. As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to work closely with individuals and families to design, implement, and monitor evidence-based behavior interventions that help individuals with autism and other developmental disorders thrive. This full-time, onsite position provides an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the community while advancing your professional career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and create individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Provide direct supervision and ongoing support to behavior technicians and other staff.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to assess client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure the successful implementation of behavior interventions.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough records of treatment plans, session notes, and progress reports.
  • Train and educate staff, families, and caregivers on behavior management techniques and strategies.
  • Stay current with research and developments in the field of applied behavior analysis.

    Qualifications:

  • Board Certification: Must be a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Education: A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Skills:
  • Expertise in functional behavior assessment and development of behavior intervention plans.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team.
  • Organizational and time management abilities
