Blazer Jobs is currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time position in Angola, New York. This role involves providing essential nursing care to students in a school setting, ensuring their health and well-being throughout the school day. Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor and assess student health, responding to medical issues that arise during the school day.
  • Provide first aid and emergency care as needed.
  • Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to support students' health needs.
  • Maintain accurate health records and documentation in compliance with state regulations.
  • Assist in managing students with chronic conditions, such as diabetes or asthma.

    Qualifications:

  • Valid New York State LPN license.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a pediatric, school, or clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with school personnel and families.
