Location: Kingston, PA
Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday
Caseload: 1:1 with a high school student
Start Date: ASAP

ProCare Therapy is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time, 1:1 role in Kingston, PA. This position involves working directly with a high school student who requires specialized medical care throughout the school day. You’ll provide support with diabetes management, feeding tubes, and assist the student with transportation, riding in the van to and from school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 nursing care to a high school student with specific medical needs
  • Assist with diabetes management, including blood sugar monitoring and insulin administration
  • Support the student with feeding tubes
  • Ride in the van with the student to and from school, ensuring their safety during transport
  • Collaborate with school staff, parents, and medical professionals to ensure the student’s health and well-being

    Qualifications:

  • Active Pennsylvania LPN license
  • Experience working with students or children with complex medical needs preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
