Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a full-time role with school districts in the Morris Plains, NJ area. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about providing quality healthcare services to students and supporting their well-being in a school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to students, including first aid, medication administration, and routine health screenings.
  • Collaborate with school health staff and administrators to develop and implement health plans for students.
  • Monitor student health conditions and respond to medical emergencies with prompt and effective care.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with state and school policies.
  • Educate students, staff, and parents on health-related issues and preventive care measures.
  • Serve as a resource for health education and wellness programs within the school community.

    Qualifications:

  • Current LPN licensure in the state of New Jersey.
  • Previous experience in a school or healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills and a solid understanding of pediatric health care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to support student health and wellness.
