Sunbelt Staffing is partnering with a leading national home health agency to hire a dedicated LPN for a full-time contract position in Dover, DE. Position Details:

  • Position: Field Home Health LPN
  • Location: Dover, DE - covering New Castle County 
  • Contract Length: 13-week contract with possibility of extension 
  • Employment Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, with one weekend per month on-call
  • Productivity: 25-32 per week, up to 35 patients
  • Mileage Reimbursement: .48c visit to visit, 250+ miles per week expected

    Job Duties:

  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes according to the plan of care
  • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed
  • Monitor and document patient conditions and progress
  • Educate patients and their families on health care needs and instructions
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled

    Requirements:

  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Delaware
  • Active AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification
  • Minimum of one year of home health experience with an agency
  • Proficiency in the EMR system Homecare Homebase required 
  • Must have reliable transportation
