Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Middle School
Location: Concord, NH
Position: LPN (1:1 Level Coverage for 2 Students)
Caseload: 2:1 (Coverage for 2 students)

Start Date: ASAP – July 28, 2025
Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week (includes 30-minute unpaid lunch)
School Year Hours: 8:15 AM - 3:45 PM
Summer Hours: July 7 - July 28, Monday-Thursday, 4 hours per day (TBD)
Pay: $33-38 Per hour; Based on Experience

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 nursing care and support to two middle school students with special medical needs.
  • Assist with daily health assessments, medication administration, and other health-related tasks.
  • Monitor and respond to any medical emergencies or health concerns during the school day.
  • Work closely with school staff, including special education teams, to ensure that the students' health and safety needs are met.
  • Maintain accurate health records for each student.

    Qualifications:

  • Valid LPN license in New Hampshire required.
  • Experience working with children, especially those with special needs, is preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
