Job Details:
Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to support a high school male student in a school setting. This is a full-time position involving direct, 1:1 care with transportation responsibilities.
Responsibilities include:
Providing direct care to a high school male student
Riding the bus to and from school with the student (Approx. hours: 6:45 AM – 2:10 PM)
G-tube feedings and administration of medications (G-tube experience is required)
Requirements:
Active LPN license in the state of Washington
Experience with G-tube care
Ability to commit for the remainder of the school year
Reliable transportation for early morning pick-up
