Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in Lexington, KY. This is a great opportunity for an experienced RN with OASIS proficiency and Homecare Homebase expertise to make a difference in patients’ lives while working in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete comprehensive patient assessments and document findings using OASIS
  • Develop and manage individualized care plans based on patient needs
  • Provide high-quality nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, and patient education
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for patients
  • Educate and guide patients and their families to promote recovery and independence

    Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in Kentucky
  • Proficient in OASIS documentation and experienced with Homecare Homebase
  • Minimum of 2 years of Home Health nursing experience preferred
  • Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and onboarding per Joint Commission standards
  • Open to both travelers and local candidates
