Immediate Opening for a 1:1 School Nurse – LPN – Exciting Opportunity to Make a Difference!

Are you a Licensed Practical Nurse looking for a fulfilling role where you can make a real impact in a student’s life? We have the perfect opportunity for you! A 13-year-old female student with Short Gut Syndrome needs dedicated care from an LPN for the remainder of the school year. You’ll be part of a supportive school community, where your expertise will ensure that this student can focus on learning while receiving the medical attention she needs.

About the Role: In this 1:1 Nurse position, you will provide essential care for a student who requires feeding and medication administration through a G-Tube, as well as assistance with her waste bag. This is an incredible opportunity to use your nursing skills in a school setting, working closely with a student and making a lasting impact on her health and education.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

  • Administering feeding through a G-Tube
  • Giving medication via G-Tube twice daily
  • Cleaning and changing her waste bag

    Qualifications:

  • Active LPN license
  • Must pass a fingerprint background check and drug screen
  • Previous experience with G-Tubes and medical care in a school setting preferred but not required

    Pay & Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly pay: $23-$33 per hour (based on experience)
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Weekly pay with W-2 classification
