Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment caring for both adult and pediatric patients with a wide variety of acute and complex medical conditions.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced ICU RN with strong critical-care skills and pediatric experience.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
ICU experience required
Pediatric experience required
Oklahoma license or Compact nursing license
BLS, ACLS, and PALS required through AHA
NIHSS required
Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and critical-care skills
Must be comfortable caring for both adult and pediatric patients
Must wear a mask at all times while in the ICU
Unit Details
ICU staffing ratio: 2:1
SDU staffing ratio: 3:1
Patient population: Adults and pediatrics
Patients are acutely ill with a wide variety of medical problems and diseases
Medication dispensing system: Pyxis
EMR: Cerner
