Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a skilled Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract assignment in Washington, D.C. This role requires expertise in OASIS documentation and familiarity with Homecare Homebase software. As a Home Health RN, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care to patients in their homes, including chronic disease management, wound care, and health education.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct patient assessments and complete OASIS documentation

Develop and execute personalized care plans for each patient

Provide skilled nursing services, including wound care, IV management, and medication administration

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care

Educate patients and families on self-care and disease management Qualifications:

Active RN license

OASIS documentation proficiency and experience with Homecare Homebase required

At least 2 years of Home Health nursing experience preferred

Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and onboarding in compliance with Joint Commission standards

Open to both local candidates and travelers
