Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Baker City, OR

Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Monday-Friday, with potential on-call

Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is looking for a compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join a 13-week contract assignment in Baker City, OR. This role requires expertise in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately using OASIS

Create and implement customized care plans to meet individual patient needs

Deliver skilled nursing services, such as wound care, medication administration, and health education

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care delivery

Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery processes

Qualifications:

Active RN license in Oregon

Proficiency in OASIS documentation and Homecare Homebase required

Minimum of 2 years of Home Health nursing experience preferred

Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and onboarding in compliance with Joint Commission standards

Open to both local candidates and travelers
