Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a qualified Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in Wheeling, WV. This position is perfect for a nurse with OASIS documentation proficiency and Homecare Homebase experience who is ready to deliver compassionate and skilled care in a home health setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and complete OASIS documentation accurately
  • Develop and implement patient-centered care plans to address individual health needs
  • Provide nursing services, including wound care, medication management, and patient education
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive patient outcomes
  • Educate patients and families, fostering understanding and self-care

    Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in West Virginia
  • Proficient in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase required
  • A minimum of 2 years of Home Health nursing experience is preferred
  • Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and onboarding in compliance with Joint Commission standards
  • Open to both local and travel candidates
