Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a compassionate and experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in Galax, VA. This position is ideal for a nurse skilled in OASIS documentation and familiar with Homecare Homebase, seeking to provide quality care in a supportive home health environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed patient assessments and complete accurate OASIS documentation
  • Develop personalized care plans to address the specific needs of each patient
  • Deliver skilled nursing care, including wound management, medication administration, and health education
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote recovery and independence

    Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in Virginia
  • Proficiency in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase required
  • A minimum of 2 years of Home Health nursing experience is preferred
  • Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and onboarding in compliance with Joint Commission standards
  • Open to local and travel candidates
