Shift: 5x8s, Monday–Friday with rotating on-call and weekend requirements
Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is hiring an experienced Home Health RN for a 13-week travel contract in Hillsboro, MO. This position offers a great opportunity to work closely with patients in their homes, focusing on holistic and individualized care. Locals and travelers both accepted.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct nursing care in patients’ homes
Complete Start of Care, Recert, Resumption of Care, and Discharge visits
Accurately chart using Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
Educate patients and families on care and medications
Participate in on-call and weekend rotations
Qualifications:
MO RN license (or compact)
Minimum of 2 years of recent home health experience
Proficient in Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
BLS certification (AHA)
Reliable transportation, car insurance, and valid driver’s license
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
