Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is looking for a dedicated Home Health RN to join a top-tier healthcare team in Dahlonega, GA. This role offers an opportunity to provide individualized patient care in a home setting while collaborating with a supportive healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, and implement patient care in home settings
Perform wound care, medication administration, and chronic disease management
Accurately complete OASIS documentation for Medicare compliance
Educate patients and caregivers on self-care and disease management
Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare providers
Qualifications:
Active RN license in Georgia
Minimum of 2 years of home health experience
Strong proficiency in OASIS documentation required
Current BLS certification (AHA)
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
