Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in Franklin, KY. This role is ideal for an experienced RN proficient in OASIS documentation and familiar with Homecare Homebase. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately using OASIS
  • Create and execute individualized care plans tailored to patient needs
  • Deliver skilled nursing care, including medication management, wound care, and health education
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure positive patient outcomes
  • Support patients and their families through education and care planning

    Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in Kentucky
  • Proficiency in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase required
  • Minimum of 2 years of Home Health nursing experience preferred
  • Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and onboarding in compliance with Joint Commission standards
  • Open to both local and travel candidates
