Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a skilled Home Health RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Fort Mill, SC. This role is perfect for nurses who are confident working independently, completing OASIS documentation, and charting in Homecare Homebase. Locals and travelers both accepted.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home patient assessments
Coordinate care plans and updates with the medical team
Complete OASIS documentation accurately within 24 hours
Chart patient information using Homecare Homebase
Monitor and report changes in patient condition
Qualifications:
Active RN license in South Carolina
2 years of recent home health experience required
Proficient in OASIS with 24-hour turnaround
Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) required
Driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation
Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and Joint Commission-compliant onboarding
