Are you an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) seeking a dynamic opportunity in Home Health? We have a contract available in Dublin, OH. If you're well-versed in OASIS and HCHB and can work an 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. schedule, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments.

  • Ensure accurate OASIS documentation.
  • Deliver top-notch care in the home setting.

    Requirements:
