Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a rewarding home health position. If you are passionate about making a difference in patients' lives, we want to hear from you!

Position Details:

  • Role: Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 35-40 hours per week
  • Caseload: 25+ patients, focusing on a variety of needs in adult and geriatric populations

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including medication administration, wound care, and treatments.
  • Monitor patient conditions, documenting progress and reporting changes to the healthcare team.
  • Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and other team members to develop and update individualized care plans.
  • Provide patient and family education on health management and care procedures.

    Qualifications:

  • Active LPN license 
  • Minimum of 1 year of home health experience.
  • Ability to manage a dynamic caseload efficiently.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
