Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts, with occasional weekend and on-call responsibilities
Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a skilled and motivated Home Health RN for a travel contract in Owensboro, KY. The role involves delivering in-home skilled nursing care, completing timely documentation, and ensuring continuity of care for patients across a designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
Develop and update individualized care plans
Provide direct patient care in accordance with physician orders
Maintain accurate electronic documentation
Communicate effectively with team members and families
Qualifications:
Active KY or compact RN license
At least 2 years of home health experience
Strong understanding and use of OASIS for documentation
Required: experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
Current BLS (AHA)
Reliable transportation with current insurance
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
