Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract assignment in Wheeling, WV. This role is ideal for a nurse with expertise in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase, eager to provide exceptional care in a home health setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-depth patient assessments and document care plans using OASIS
  • Develop individualized care strategies to meet each patient’s specific needs
  • Deliver professional nursing services, such as medication administration, wound care, and health education
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
  • Provide guidance and education to patients and families to ensure effective care at home

    Qualifications:

  • Current RN license in West Virginia
  • Strong proficiency in OASIS documentation and familiarity with Homecare Homebase required
  • At least 2 years of Home Health nursing experience preferred
  • Ability to meet Joint Commission standards, including background check and drug screening
  • Open to both local and travel candidates
