HIRING 1:1 Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) School-Based - near Fircrest, WA

Provide continuous 1:1 care to a student with oxygen and cardiac/respiratory support needs

Manage and transport a portable oxygen tank throughout the school day

Administer oral medications safely and in accordance with physician’s orders

Monitor vital signs and be prepared to respond to emergency medical situations

Maintain detailed documentation of care provided

Collaborate with school staff, nursing team, and parents to ensure the student’s health and safety

Requirements:

Active Washington State LPN license

Experience with pediatric care and/or medically fragile students strongly preferred

Comfortable with portable oxygen tank management and respiratory support

Skilled in oral medication administration

Ability to work independently while remaining calm under pressure

Must be dependable, compassionate, and adaptable to changing needs
