Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is looking for a compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in Athens, GA. This role requires OASIS proficiency and experience with Homecare Homebase, making it a perfect opportunity for skilled RNs to provide exceptional care in the comfort of patients' homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings using OASIS
  • Develop personalized care plans based on patient needs and goals
  • Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide patient education
  • Work with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care delivery
  • Support patients and families in managing care effectively at home

    Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in Georgia
  • Proficient in OASIS documentation and experienced with Homecare Homebase
  • Minimum of 2 years of Home Health nursing experience preferred
  • Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and onboarding in compliance with Joint Commission standards
  • Open to both local and travel candidates
