Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a dedicated Home Health RN for a 13-week travel contract in Douglasville, GA. This role requires previous home health experience, OASIS documentation skills, and fluency with Homecare Homebase. You'll have the opportunity to care for patients in their homes and enjoy flexible weekday scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide skilled nursing care in patient homes
Accurately document patient care using OASIS and Homecare Homebase
Coordinate care plans with interdisciplinary team members
Deliver patient and family education
Participate in on-call rotations as needed
Qualifications:
Georgia RN license
Minimum 2 years of home health RN experience
Familiarity with OASIS and Homecare Homebase
Current AHA BLS certification
Valid driver’s license and insurance
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
