Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a skilled Home Health RN for a travel assignment in Hinesville, GA. This position offers the chance to work closely with patients in their homes, providing essential care and support. If you are detail-oriented and comfortable managing patient cases independently, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive assessments and develop care plans for patients
Provide skilled nursing interventions, including wound care and IV therapy
Complete accurate and timely OASIS documentation for Medicare compliance
Educate patients and caregivers on home-based disease management
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care
Qualifications:
Active RN license in Georgia
Minimum of 2 years of home health experience
Strong proficiency in OASIS documentation required
Current BLS certification (AHA)
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
