We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Nurse (RN or CSN) to join our team near Fort Lee, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will provide essential healthcare services to our student population, focusing on promoting health and safety in the school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct healthcare services to students, including routine and emergency care.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments as required.
  • Perform health screenings and assessments to identify potential health concerns.
  • Maintain accurate health records for students, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
  • Develop and implement individualized student health care plans in collaboration with families, physicians, and school staff.
  • Serve as a health resource and provide guidance to students, parents, and staff.
  • Monitor and manage immunization records to ensure compliance with state requirements.

    Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license or Certified School Nurse (CSN) certification in New Jersey.
  • Prior experience as a school nurse or in a pediatric setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
  • CPR and First Aid certification required.

    Interview Process:
    10-15 minute screening call with a Soliant Education  Recruiter
    20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District
    Offer is typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview
