ProCare Therapy is excited to offer a fantastic part-time opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) at Denton Middle School for the 2024-25 school year. This role involves providing dedicated, one-on-one care to a middle school student, ensuring their medical needs are met throughout the school day. Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one medical support to a middle school student.

Accompany the student on the bus to and from school, ensuring their safety and well-being during transit.

Assist with tube feeding to ensure proper nutrition and care.

Monitor and manage seizure activity, offering immediate and appropriate care.

Maintain and monitor oxygen levels to meet the student’s respiratory needs.

Collaborate closely with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to support the student's overall health and well-being.

Keep detailed and accurate records of the student's medical care and progress.

Requirements:

Current RN license in the state of Maryland.

Experience with tube feeding, seizure monitoring, and oxygen level maintenance preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and make quick, informed decisions.

Passion for providing high-quality care to students.

Additional Information:

Requires riding the bus with the student to and from school daily.

Competitive pay rate of $40+ per hour.

Part-time position for the 2024-25 school year.
