ProCare Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time position in Le Mars, IA, for the 2024/2025 school year. This role involves providing essential care to students with specialized medical needs, ensuring their safety and well-being during school hours.

Position Details:

  • Location: Le Mars, IA
  • Hours: Full-time, 2024/2025 school year
  • Caseload: Students with specific medical needs, including catheterization, G-tube feedings, wheelchair and mobility assistance, and shunt care

    Responsibilities:

  • Provide medical care and support to students with complex health needs
  • Administer catheterization, G-tube feedings, and monitor shunt care
  • Assist students with wheelchair mobility and daily physical needs
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare providers to ensure students’ well-being and safety
  • Monitor students' health status throughout the day and provide emergency care if necessary

    Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in Iowa
  • Experience with catheterization, G-tube feedings, wheelchair assistance, and shunt care
  • School or pediatric nursing experience is preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
