ProCare Therapy is looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time 1:1 position in Schiller Park, IL, during the 2024/2025 school year. This role involves providing specialized care to a medically fragile student, including assisting with bus transportation. Ventilator experience is required, and this opportunity offers great pay with structured hours.

Job Details:

  • Position: Full-Time RN (1:1)
  • Location: Schiller Park, IL
  • Schedule: Structured full-time hours
  • Caseload: 1:1 with a medically fragile student
  • Special Requirement: Ventilator experience required
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • End Date: End of school year (June 2025)

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 medical care and monitor the student's ventilator
  • Assist with transportation, including bus rides to and from school
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of the student throughout the day
  • Work closely with parents, school staff, and medical professionals to ensure coordinated care

    Qualifications:

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois
  • Experience in ventilator care required
  • Previous experience with medically fragile students is a plus
  • Ability to ride the bus with the student daily
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
