Job Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 1:1 position in a school setting in Culpepper, VA. In this role, you will provide personalized medical care to a student, ensuring their health, safety, and ability to fully engage in their education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct, one-on-one nursing care to a student with specific medical needs.
  • Administer medications and monitor the student’s health throughout the school day.
  • Respond promptly to medical needs or emergencies as they arise.
  • Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare professionals to ensure a supportive environment.
  • Maintain accurate health records in accordance with school policies and state regulations.

    Qualifications:

  • Active LPN license in the state of Virginia.
  • Previous experience in school nursing or pediatric care is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Patience, compassion, and a passion for working with children.
