Contract Details: 

  • Client: Nationwide Home Health Agency
  • Hiring Company: Sunbelt Staffing, a Nationwide Healthcare Staffing Agency
  • Location: Saluda, VA
  • Duration: 13-Week Contract
  • Schedule: Full-Time, 40 Hours per Week, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, occasional weekends, and on-call
  • Compensation: Hourly pay, negotiable based on territory and experience Benefits: Mileage Reimbursement, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k)
  • Mileage: .48c visit to visit 
  • Productivity: 25-32 per week 

    Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments in the home health setting.
  • Develop and implement patient-centered care plans, emphasizing patient education and self-management.
  • Administer prescribed medications, conduct wound care, and provide various treatments as prescribed.
  • Continuously monitor patient progress, maintain meticulous records, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
  • Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, patients, and their families to optimize patient outcomes and provide compassionate support.

    Requirements:

  • Active Virginia Registered Nurse (RN) License
  • Active AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification.
  • At least 1 year of Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) experience required.
  • Proficiency in Oasis and Homecare Homebase required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.


    Please Note: Due to this being a contract opportunity with limited training, one year of experience and proficiency in Oasis and Homecare Homebase are required to be considered.
