Sunbelt Staffing, a nationwide healthcare staffing agency, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract position in Little Rock, AR. The successful candidate will join our client, a leading nationwide home health agency, and provide quality patient care in a home-based setting.

Contract Details: 

  • Location: Little Rock, AR
  • Company: Sunbelt Staffing
  • Contract Length: 13 Weeks (with possible extension upon successful start and completion)
  • Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, 32 hours guaranteed 
  • Productivity: 25-32 per week 
  • Compensation: Negotiable, based on experience and territory budget
  • Mileage Reimbursement: 0.48c per mile from patient home to home
  • Blended Pay Packages: Available for travelers
  • Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401k match after 90 days

    Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient assessments using OASIS, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with agency standards.
  • Develop and update individualized care plans, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor patient progress, report changes in condition, and adjust care plans as necessary.
  • Educate patients and families on healthcare topics to promote wellness and patient independence.
  • Utilize Homecare Homebase (HCHB) for patient documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Travel to patient homes within the Bryant, AR area using reliable transportation.
  • Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and in-service training sessions.
  • Maintain compliance with Joint Commission standards and other regulatory requirements.

    Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arkansas.
  • Minimum of 1 year of home health experience.
  • Proficiency in OASIS and Homecare Homebase (HCHB).
  • Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Reliable transportation with valid driver's license.
  • Ability to meet Joint Commission onboarding standards upon offer.
