Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a compassionate and experienced Contract Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. Job Details:

  • Client: Nationwide Home Health Agency
  • Position: Contract Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Duration: 13 weeks with possibility of extension upon successful completion
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, occasional weekends, and on-call (typically once per month)
  • Productivity: 25-32 per week 
  • Compensation: Negotiable based on territory and candidate experience. Weekly paychecks.
  • Benefits: Mileage reimbursement (.48c visit to visit), Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k eligibility after 90 days 

    Job Requirements: 

  • Active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) License
  • Active American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Proficiency in Homecare Homebase required
  • Proficiency in Oasis required
  • Oasis Certified strongly preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of home health experience required 
  • Reliable transportation 

    Job Duties: 

  • Performing Patient Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status, including physical, emotional, and psychosocial factors, to develop holistic care plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Delivering Skilled Nursing Care: Administer skilled nursing interventions, such as wound care, IV therapy, and catheter management, adhering to evidence-based practices and physician orders to promote optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintaining Accurate Documentation: Document all patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and promptly in electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, agency policies, and best practices in healthcare documentation.
