Job Description:
BlazerJobs is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1:1 support for an elementary school student with a tracheostomy and seizure disorder. This nurse will ride the school bus to and from the student’s home and assist the student throughout the school day.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 medical care and monitoring for student with trach and seizure condition
Ride the school bus with the student to and from school
Communicate with school staff and family as needed
Follow all medical protocols and ensure student safety
Requirements:
Active RN license in the state of Minnesota
Experience with trach care is required
Ability to work the listed hours consistently
