Contract Licensed Practical Nurses - Long Term Acute Care

Job Requirements:
•    At least one year of Long-Term Acute Care experience preferred
•    At least one year of charting experience
•    Valid BLS certification   
•    Available to work any shift (including Nights)
•    Candidate must be willing to float 
Details:
•    6-week contract (possibility of extension)
•    Planning and managing patient care according to each patient's needs
•    Obtaining patient vital signs and escorting patients to their rooms
•    Admitting new residents
•    Full-time – 36 hours
