Sunbelt Staffing is seeking two experienced and dedicated Home Health Registered Nurses for a 13-week contract opportunity. This role offers the chance to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes while covering various territories within the region.

Position Overview:

  • Role: Registered Nurse – Home Health
  • Duration: 13 weeks
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Weekend Rotation: May be required, depending on staffing needs
  • On Call: May be required, depending on staffing needs

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel 150-250 miles weekly within assigned territories.
  • Maintain a minimum productivity of 30 points per week.
  • Document all patient care using the HCHB (Homecare Homebase) EMR system.
  • Oasis

    Qualifications:

  • Active RN license and home health experience required.
  • Hospice experience is mandatory.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple territories as needed.
