Certified Surgical Technologist – 13-Week Contract | High Pay | Rochester, NY

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day & Evening Shifts | 8- or 10-hour shifts
Call Requirement: 6 call shifts per 8-week block (3 weeknights and 3 weekend shifts, including holidays)
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist for a 13-week contract with a high pay rate in Rochester, NY. You’ll be working in a 13-bed OR with a variety of surgical cases, including orthopedic, neuro, robot-assisted, GYN, urology, general, and vascular procedures.
This is a great opportunity for candidates with at least 3 years of experience and strong skills in total joint replacements.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing the operating room for surgery and maintaining sterile fields
Provide support during a variety of surgeries, including orthopedic, neuro, robotic, and more
Follow established protocols to ensure safe and effective surgical procedures
Take on call shifts as needed, with rotating weeknights and weekends
Assist with patient positioning, instrument handling, and surgical supplies
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a surgical technologist
Comfortable with total joint replacement cases
Experience in Ortho, Neuro, Robot-assisted, GYN, Urology, General, and Vascular surgeries
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) and BLS certification
Must be able to provide NCCT education verification (if applicable)
Call shifts required (including holidays)
