Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced Cath Lab RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Pikeville, KY. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a top-tier hospital and make a positive impact on patients undergoing cardiac procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures, such as angioplasty, stenting, and pacemaker insertions.

Monitor patients during procedures, ensuring safety and responding to changes in vital signs.

Administer medications and support the physician in complex cardiovascular interventions.

Educate patients and families on procedures, post-care, and follow-up instructions.

Maintain accurate documentation using the EMR system and adhere to safety and quality protocols.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent Cath Lab nursing experience required.

Licensure: RN license in Kentucky or compact state.

Certifications:

BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) required

Competency in cardiovascular procedures, excellent critical thinking, and communication skills.
