Location: Arlington Public Schools, Arlington, WA
Position: 1:1 RN
Schedule: Full-Time
Dates: ASAP - June 16, 2025

Position Overview:
Arlington Public Schools is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Registered Nurse to provide full-time support to a 3rd-grade male student with significant medical needs. This role requires close monitoring and specialized care to ensure the student’s safety and well-being throughout the school day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide constant 1:1 nursing care for a 3rd-grade student with epilepsy and related seizure activity.
  • Assist with daily care needs, including those related to the student's blindness.
  • Monitor and manage the student’s health status, responding immediately to any medical emergencies.
  • Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive support.

    Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in Washington state.
  • Experience working with pediatric patients, especially those with epilepsy or vision impairment, is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a school setting.
  • Compassionate and attentive, with a focus on providing personalized care.
