Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is looking for an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in Birmingham, AL. This role requires proficiency in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase, making it an excellent opportunity to work in a flexible and rewarding home health environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and complete OASIS documentation accurately

Create and implement individualized care plans for each patient

Provide skilled nursing services such as medication administration, wound care, and health education

Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Educate and support patients and families to improve care and recovery

Qualifications:

Active RN license in Alabama

Experience with OASIS documentation and Homecare Homebase required

A minimum of 2 years of Home Health nursing experience preferred

Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and onboarding in compliance with Joint Commission standards

Locals and travelers both accepted
